How soon will my order ship?

With the exception of holidays, orders are shipped Monday through Saturday.
In house items are shipped within 1 business day.
Pre order items are shipped within 10 business days.
Custom items are shipped upon completion. In most cases, these items will be shipped within 4-6 weeks.

 

What are the current US shipping rates?

Standard shipping is FREE to the contiguous US.
Priority shipping is $15 to the contiguous US.
Next Business Day shipping is $35 to the contiguous US.

Do you ship internationally?

How much does international shipping cost and how long does it take?

The cost of international shipping depends on the size of your order as well as the destination of delivery. Please add the product to your cart, click checkout and enter your address to see the price.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email from me when your order has shipped. Inside this email you will see your tracking number.
You will also receive an email when your order is delivered. Please recover the package promptly to prevent theft.

 

What if I entered my shipping information incorrectly or it's missing information?

We ship all orders to the exact address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake with your shipping address, you must notify us immediately. We are not liable for the loss of your package if the address is incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your order confirmation email for mistakes.

 

To correct your address please email me at info@housemom.com. Include your order number and the corrections you would like to apply.

What if I am unable to locate my delivered package?

Housemom.com must contacted within 7 business days of the alleged delivery date to file a lost package claim.
Housemom.com is not responsible for any theft once the package is delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to anticipate, track, and locate their delivered package.

Your shipping confirmation will contain the delivery date and link to track your package via the corresponding tracking website. Failure to notify Housemom.com in the case that you are not able to receive your shipment (or the address is incorrect) may result in a loss (or theft) of the package and the order will not be refunded.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

 
Do you accept returns?
No. Due to the nature of our products, custom/personalized orders, dance wear, shoes, accessories and pole grip are not eligible for return.

What is your cancellation policy for orders?
Custom/personalized orders can not be cancelled.
For all other orders, contact us and we will authorize your refund. In most cases, this process takes 10 business days, however, we can not guarantee when your refund will appear in your bank account. This varies by bank and can take up to 5 additional business days. If you prefer a more timely option, store credit can be issued and made available within 24 hours of your cancellation.

What is your cancellation policy for services?
All cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. To avoid cancellation fees, contact me no less than 24 hours before your appointment date to reschedule.
