Eligible items for trade-in are any pair of shoes (condition poor - excellent) by Pleaser Shoes, Ellie Shoes, Hella Heels, Glitter Heels or Nightshade Designs.

Can I get my trade in back if I change my mind?

No, once I have started processing your trade-in, the item is unable to be returned.

How long will it take to receive my coupon code once I trade in my item?

Depending on your location, trade-in items may take up to 10 business days to arrive before they are processed. All items are processed within 48 hours of arrival and the coupon code will be emailed immediately there after.
